Three Lawyers Elevated to Counsel
On January 6, Dan Ferhat, Brian Tetro and Rafael Vergara were elevated from associate to counsel.
"Dan, Brian and Rafael are outstanding lawyers whose contributions to the firm and achievements in their practices have earned them this promotion," said Guy Cellucci, Managing Partner of White and Williams.
Dan is a member of the Healthcare group and focuses his practice on medical malpractice litigation and general liability matters. As a trial lawyer, he defends hospitals, physicians, nurses and other healthcare practitioners against professional liability claims at the trial court and appellate court levels. He also defends corporations and other commercial entities against premises liability lawsuits.
Brian practices exclusively in the area of insurance subrogation. He represents major property and casualty insurers on a regional and national basis. Brian's practice extends throughout the United States utilizing the services of local counsel under a special program of the Subrogation Department.
Rafael's litigation practice provides him the opportunity to work on various negligence and contract actions. Presently, he focuses on representing disability insurers against first-party claims, insurance rescission, products liability litigation, and ERISA litigation. From the commencement of an action through an appeal, Rafael’s knowledge of court procedure benefits clients.
