White and Williams sponsored the "Senator for a Day" program at Muhlenberg College on November 22, 2019. The program, hosted by Pennsylvania Senator Pat Browne, provides high school students the opportunity to get a glimpse of how the government functions and how it reacts to public policy issues. During the full-day program, students were divided into Senate committees (Education, Finance, Judiciary and Transportation) to discuss relevant bills, take positions on legislation and draft laws for the full Senate to debate and vote.

Nancy Conrad, Chair of the firm's Education Law and Labor and Employment Groups, delivered opening remarks about a fundamental principle of law - the Rule of Law.
