Michael Gallo Joins Newark Office
White and Williams is pleased to announce the addition of Michael Gallo as a partner in the firm’s Newark office. Gallo joins the Business Department with a focus on finance and real estate.

Gallo’s practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions in senior debt and mezzanine financings and corporate, real estate and venture capital transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. His representation involves drafting, negotiating and closing financial debt offerings on behalf of large national financial institutions. Gallo brings experience with Eurodollar rate financings, large syndicated and agented credit facilities, crossborder merger financings, asset-based and international trade finance transactions, mezzanine debt issues, credit-enhanced and direct purchase tax exempt bond obligations and hedge and derivative transactions involving the ISDA Master Agreement.
