Karen Mariscal Comments on Rare Repayment of SEC Settlement in Morgan Stanley Case

Karen Mariscal comments on the April 2011 case where Morgan Stanley paid $32 million to resolve a Securities and Exchange Commission case against Joseph "Chip" Skowron, the Morgan Stanley hedge fund manager who pled guilty to insider trading charges in August 2011. The case is unique in that Morgan Stanely is demanding repayment of compensation and demanding repayment of the cost of an SEC settlement, which is quite rare.
