Jay Shapiro Quoted in Article on FCPA "Instrumentality" Definition

Jay Shapiro, co-chair of the White Collar Defense, Investigations and Corporate Compliance Group, was quoted in a recent article regarding a case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. The case could decide the meaning of "foreign official" and "instrumentality" contained in the Federal Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
