White and Williams Adds Five New Lawyers During Summer
This summer, White and Williams welcomed five new lawyers across multiple practices, including healthcare, reinsurance, and subrogation, to its Philadelphia, PA, and New York, NY offices.
Associates Kathryn McCluskey, Jason Poore, Timothy Stapleton, and Steven Urgo joined the Philadelphia office.
Kathryn is a member of the Healthcare Practice Group. She draws upon her 15+ years as a physician assistant as she focuses her practice on the defense of medical malpractice claims against physicians, mid-level providers, nursing home and hospitals.
Jason is an associate in the Subrogation Department. He represents numerous insurance companies in the subrogation of a wide array of claims involving property damage.
Timothy specializes in the resolution of reinsurance coverage disputes, representing insurance and reinsurance companies in arbitration and litigation involving property, casualty and life insurance, and counsels clients on complex reinsurance claim and contract issues.
Steven's practice includes litigation and counseling on broad areas such as insurance law, environmental law and professional liability for architects and engineers.
Counsel, Jesse Dunbar joined our New York office. He has represented insurance, reinsurance and corporate clients in the U.S., UK, Bermuda and Europe on international, national and New York matters for nearly 18 years.
