Earl Forte Publishes Volume 4 of "The Voidable Transactions Handbook"
Earl Forte has published the fourth volume in his series on voidable transactions, titled The Voidable Transactions (f/k/a Fraudulent Transfer) Handbook - 2016 Supplement: A Practical Guide For Lawyers and Clients. This volume discusses the new Uniform Voidable Transactions Act, which is now law in nine states, including the mega-state of California. The Act is pending in New York and is on its way to becoming the law of the land, forever changing the law of fraudulent transfers. The 2016 Supplement examines how these changes affect or do not affect the way lawyers handle cases.
The Fraudulent Transfer Handbook was originally published in 2013 as a practical guide for lawyers, experts and their clients and was followed by 2014 and 2015 supplements. The series is designed to provide a concise and useful discussion of fraudulent transfer law and some of the common issues that arise in fraudulent transfer cases.
The series is available for purchase on Amazon.com.
