Earl Forte Publishes Volume 2 of "The Fraudulent Transfer Handbook"
Earl Forte has published a 2014 supplement to his book, The Fraudulent Transfer Handbook. The book contains a concise and useful discussion of fraudulent transfer law and some of the common issues that arise in fraudulent transfer cases. It is designed to be a practical guide for lawyers, experts and their clients.
Volume 2 covers significant developments in fraudulent transfer law over the past year, including the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in the Executive Benefits Insurance case, an opinion that further limits the power of bankruptcy judges to adjudicate fraudulent transfer claims.
Both the original 2013 edition and the supplement are available for purchase on Amazon.
