Daniel Snyder Appointed PA Workers' Compensation Judge

White and Williams is pleased to announce that Daniel G. Snyder, a member of the Workers' Compensation Group in the Lehigh Valley office, has been appointed a Workers’ Compensation Judge by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, Workers’ Compensation Office of Adjudication. Dan has been assigned to Wilkes-Barre, PA, Luzerne County. He is the first White and Williams lawyer to be appointed to this position.

Judge Snyder will conduct hearings in disputed workers' compensation matters and render reasoned decisions. He will also provide alternative dispute resolution services in contested matters.

“We are very proud of the work Dan has done in the Workers’ Compensation arena and I am sure that experience will serve him well in his new position with the State. We will miss him at White and Williams, but wish him continued success,” says Anthony Salvino, Chair of the Workers’ Compensation group.

Dan joined the firm in 2010 and has represented insurance companies, self-insureds and third party administrators for nearly 15 years. His appointment begins on May 19.
