Message from the Managing Partner - COVID-19

As we all continue to monitor the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to keep our clients and friends of the firm updated on White and Williams’ preparedness and status of operations. The health and safety of our employees, clients, colleagues and their families remain our priority.

It is hard to believe that it’s been three months since we had to close our physical offices and shift to remote work. Our business continuity plan enables our attorneys and designated staff to continue to provide our clients uninterrupted service and it has been our honor and privilege to work with you during these unprecedented times. We value our relationship and the trust you have instilled in us.

As state and local governments start to ease restrictions, we are making plans to reopen our offices, a process which will be guided by government directive and best practices, and be done safely and cautiously. During the transition back to our offices, we will continue to provide the best in class service you have come to expect from us.

We hope your families remain safe and healthy.

Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns at any time.

Visit the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates and Business Closure and Continuity Compliance Resource pages for the latest developments.
