Partner Nancy Conrad will moderate a review and analysis of the significant labor and employment cases from the past year at the 2021 PBA Labor and Employment Law Section Virtual Retreat. The panel of federal judges will discuss rulings and developments in federal and state law and their impact on workplace policies and litigation.

Nancy will also be interviewing the keynote speaker, Jill Wine-Banks, author of The Watergate Girl, a cautionary tale and an inspiration for those who believe in the power of justice and the rule of law. Ms. Wine-Banks will share her experience as a trial lawyer in the Department of Justice, her role in the Watergate matter and in particular, the questioning of Rose Mary Woods.
