Panelists John McCarrick, Chair of the D&O Group of White and Williams LLP; Jed Melnick, JAMS panelist and managing mediator at The Weinstein Team; Doug Greene, securities defense litigator at K&L Gates LLP; and Max Berger, securities plaintiffs' lawyer at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP discussed recent developments as well as strategies for evaluating and resolving securities class action and shareholder derivative suits. Michelle Yoshida, mediator at The Weinstein Team served as the program moderator.
