Hot Topics in Civil Litigation
General Litigation Partner, Andy Susko, will present on the panel "Hot Topics in Civil Litigation." The panel, moderated by Jack Goodrich of Goodrich & Associates PC, will give attendees updates on key decisions in civil litigation. Andy will be joined on the panel by Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice Hon. Max Baer; Mary Kay Schwemmer of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia; Michael Bertin of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel LLP and the Chair of the PBA Family Law Section; Jennifer Coatsworth of Margolis Edelstein (invited); and Scott Cooper of Schmidt Kramer PC.
The PBA's Midyear Meeting, held annually, offers numerous education sessions from leaders of the state bar and bench. This year's meeting will be held from January 29 through February 2 at the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar in Nassau, the Bahamas.
