Moderator: Sally Anne Hughes - Founder of, and Partner at, Hughes Klaiber LLC
Sally Anne founded Hughes Klaiber, a M&A advisory firm based in NYC, in 2008. She understands the rewards and challenges of building and selling a privately held business, and the importance of a successful exit that maximizes return to the entrepreneur. Prior to founding Hughes Klaiber, Sally Anne spent 10 years with Citigroup, where she worked with both Fortune 100 companies and middle-market companies.

Panelist: Lori Smith - Partner at White and Williams LLP
Lori is a partner in the Corporate & Securities practice group, and Chair of the Business Department, at White and Williams LLP in NYC. She represents public and private companies in the negotiation of mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financings, private placements, strategic alliances, partnerships and joint ventures.

Panelist: Andrew Reid - EVP, Intelligence Products at Weber Shandwick
Andrew leads Weber Shandwick's Data Product teams, determining the strategy and mix of outputs that delivers Weber Shandwick's promise to transform the communications sector through data and a multi-faceted product strategy that entails building, buying, licensing and acquiring software and unique data sets. Andrew co-founded the venture-backed data company, SponsorHub, Inc., which was among the the first to apply social data in the valuation of sponsorships and influencers; SponsorHub was acquired by comScore (now Rentrak) in 2015.

Panelist: Rich Prestegaard - Partner, Business Development at High Road Capital Partners
Rich is responsible for leading the Firm’s dedicated deal sourcing effort by establishing relationships with business intermediaries across the U.S. and Canada. Rich is an experienced corporate finance and business development professional who has succeeded in establishing and building client relationships through a combination of creativity and responsiveness. Prior to joining High Road in 2007, Rich was an investment banker in the consumer products and retail industry group at Barclays Capital.
