Maintaining & Growing Effective Client Relationships Virtually

Philadelphia Bar Association 2021 Virtual Bench Bar & Annual Conference
10.1.21

Partner Patti Santelle moderates a panel of lawyers and in-house counsel who will discuss the "new normal" in maintaining existing client relationships and pursuing new business development opportunities in a virtual world.

Clients are a key element to the pulse that keeps firms, practices and businesses running and growing. Focusing and placing emphasis on clients and how you build and maintain relationships with them is absolutely vital to your and your organization's success.

By now, most of us are well accustomed to the obstacles and challenges brought about by the Covid-19 crisis. While the ease, natural connection and overall experience that comes from meeting in person can’t be entirely replaced by virtual means, there are certain steps we can take to maintain and develop client relationships and improve our skills in this narrower band of communication.
