Handling Federal Court Discovery Disputes and Deposition Disruption
Patti Santelle moderates a panel of federal judges who will discuss the court's expectations, ethics and civility related to discovery disputes and depositions disruptions. The program is part of the Federal Bench-Bar Conference, hosted by the Philadelphia Bar Association Federal Courts Committee. The conference is a forum for the interchange of ideas among the bench and bar, educates the bar with regard to practice in the courts and encourages civility in the courts.
