We are in the midst of what may turn out to be the fourth industrial revolution, where digital automation permeates almost every aspect of life. The blurred lines between the physical and digital worlds is evident in the rapid advancement of Building Automated Systems (BAS). There is no question that the hyper-automation of building systems has and will continue to drastically impact subrogation.
