A Whole New World: Building Automated Systems (BAS) and Subrogation

We are in the midst of what may turn out to be the fourth industrial revolution, where digital automation permeates almost every aspect of life. The blurred lines between the physical and digital worlds is evident in the rapid advancement of Building Automated Systems (BAS). There is no question that the hyper-automation of building systems has and will continue to drastically impact subrogation.

 Subrogator magazine, Gus Sara and Lian Skaf address some of the ways in which BAS affects subrogation, and anticipated changes that can impact subrogation in the future.
