Delaware Complex Trial Monitoring Practice

More than half of the companies comprising the Fortune 500 are incorporated in Delaware. The Delaware court system is widely recognized as a key U.S. forum for the resolution of business disputes. As a result, many of the most significant legal disputes involving corporate governance, intellectual property, and insurance coverage law are the subject of trial proceedings in the Delaware court system.

The attorneys in our Trial Monitoring Group have decades of experience litigating and trying cases in the closely-watched Court of Chancery and Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court, as well as in the federal courts for the District of Delaware. This experience affords our attorneys a sophisticated and nuanced understanding of the issues and considerations that animate Delaware jurisprudence.

Our attorneys are available to monitor and cogently summarize daily trial proceedings for clients of White and Williams, as well as for clients of law firms that do not have local attorneys admitted to practice before the Delaware courts.
