PRACTICES
OVERVIEW
Victoria focuses her practice in the areas of real estate and land use law. She represents clients in the acquisition, sale, and development of commercial, industrial and residential real estate. She defends land use approvals for developers before local land use boards and the courts. She has represented municipal and land use boards across New Jersey. She is experienced in representing municipal clients and developers regarding affordable housing matters. She also counsels condominium and homeowners’ associations on community association law matters for both residential and nonresidential owners.
Victoria regularly appears before municipal, county, and state regulatory boards and agencies throughout New Jersey for zoning, subdivision, site plan, conditional uses, variances and environmental approvals, negotiation of real estate acquisitions, sales and leases, and performance of due diligence reviews. Victoria is also an instructor and lecturer for the New Jersey Planning Officials, teaching seminars focused on New Jersey’s Municipal Land Use Law.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Victoria was a partner at Eckert Seamans where she served as Assistant Municipal Attorney for the Township of Lawrence (Mercer County) and the Borough of Stockton (Hunterdon County).
