Monica Doss focuses her practice on the defense of commercial disputes and litigation matters for various business and industry groups, including corporations, non-profits and care facilities. She also represents life, health and disability insurers in a wide range of matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Monica was an associate at a defense litigation firm where she focused on general litigation and various tort disputes. She also clerked for the Honorable Michael A. Toto, A.J.S.C. in Middlesex County, New Jersey, where her responsibilities included drafting judicial opinions, composing bench memoranda and mediating cases.

Monica received her law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was a student attorney in the Veterans Affairs Law Clinic, offering legal aid to veterans. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Esther Salas, U.S.D.J., in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, as well as at the Office of the General Counsel at University Hospital in Newark, NJ.

Monica is involved in the Coptic Orthodox community, where she is a Sunday School teacher and service coordinator. While attending law school, Monica served as president of the Middle Eastern Law Students Association and was on the executive board for the Legal Aid Society and Orthodox Christian Fellowship.
