Lindsay Miller is an associate in the Healthcare group, where she focuses her practice on medical malpractice claims. She represents hospitals, physicians, nurses and other healthcare practitioners against professional liability claims.

Lindsay worked full-time as a law clerk in the healthcare group while attending law school in the evening for her first three years of law school. Her work included analyzing medical records, legal research and assisting with trial preparation. During her final year of law school, Lindsay clerked for the Honorable Michael E. Erdos of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, where she gained extensive experience in all stages of litigation.

Recognition & Involvement

While in law school at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, Lindsay was the Barrister’s Award Winner for Trial Advocacy. She also received recognition for Outstanding Oral Advocacy in Trial Advocacy and Distinguished Class Performance in Evidence. Lindsay served as a class representative for the Student Bar Association.
