OVERVIEW

Kyle Pedraza is an associate in the Commercial Litigation group. He represents public and private companies in connection with a variety of complex commercial disputes, including antitrust, shareholder actions and various contract-based claims. 

While in law school, Kyle became involved in Philadelphia’s City Solicitor Clinic where he worked on numerous, fast-paced personal injury lawsuits and property disputes. He gained additional experience as a law clerk assisting in drafting and filing complaints, answers, and counterclaims while performing extensive compensatory damages research.

While in law school, Kyle was an associate editor for Rutgers University Law Review and further created opportunities and resources for incoming law students as a member of Rutgers-Camden’s minority student program before transferring and completing his legal education at Temple University Beasley School of Law.
