Joseph Bellew is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience handling complex products liability and professional negligence matters. He has litigated the validity and coverage issues involved in the legislative and statutory provisions applicable to medical negligence claims, coverage and priority of claims.

Joe also defends manufacturers, distributors and component part manufacturers in matters involving industrial machinery, fire safety/life safety equipment, medical device equipment and asbestos claims. He represents medical professionals, nursing homes, visiting nursing associations, home health care workers and diagnostic centers in all types of professional negligence claims.
