OVERVIEW

Jonah Levinson represents commercial clients in a variety of business matters involving contracts, acquisitions and tax. He also represents clients in estate planning matters. Jonah has experience in navigating complex transactions and developing comprehensive estate plans for clients.

Recognition & Involvement

While in law school, Jonah was involved in several different organizations. He served on the Student Bar Association for two years—one year as a Class Senator, and one year on the Board of Governors as the Parliamentarian and chair of the Constitutional Committee. He was also the President of the Student Wellness Association, a student-led organization that prioritized student well-being. Moreover, Jonah served as a staff editor of the Temple Law Review. He spent his final year of school as a Fox Board Fellow, where he was placed on the board of directors of Philadelphia VIP, a local pro bono services organization, for the academic year. Jonah’s work experience includes an internship at the Temple Small Business Development Center, where he assisted small business clients with various legal issues including client contracts, operating agreements, trademarks and formation; and work as an independent contractor for the American Law Institute, where he conducted research for the draft Restatement (Third) of Conflict of Laws.
