OVERVIEW
Jared Sheinberg focuses his practice in the areas of banking, business, real estate and creditor’s rights on behalf of the firm’s financial institution and corporate clients.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Jared practiced at a well-respected Pittsburgh law firm where he represented financial institutions, corporations and developers in a variety of transactional and litigation matters, including drafting and negotiating loan documents, real estate contracts and documents, purchase and sale agreements, leases and business formation documents. He has experience with consummating real estate and business acquisition and sale transactions, and enforcing and protecting creditors’ rights in mortgage foreclosure, collection actions and bankruptcy cases.

While in law school, Jared served as a managing editor for the Journal of Law and Commerce and earned the CALI Award for Civil Procedure. He also worked as a teaching assistant for legal writing.
