James (Jay) is an associate in the Subrogation Department, he focuses his practice in the field of workers’ compensation subrogation. He represents national workers’ compensation carriers in complex subrogation matters involving product liability, worksite accidents, and general negligence. Jay works with his clients to recover funds from third parties responsible for the underlying claims through litigation and arbitration.
Prior to becoming an associate, Jay spent two years as a full-time law-clerk in the Workers’ Compensation Subrogation and Property Subrogation departments while attending Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Before joining White and Williams, Jay was the Head of Operations for the largest chain of rock climbing and fitness facilities in Pennsylvania.
