PRACTICES
OVERVIEW
Erin Hohol focuses her practice on representing healthcare institutions and providers in a variety of litigation matters. Erin brings a strong background in civil litigation with several years of experience working on medical malpractice and personal injury matters prior to beginning her career as an attorney.
In addition to working at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm before law school, Erin gained valuable experience while working as a law clerk supporting the firm’s healthcare and litigation practice groups while attending law school full time. Erin’s unique perspective and understanding of litigation from its inception through trial makes her uniquely suited to defend representative matters on behalf of diverse, sophisticated clients.
Erin is passionate about giving back to her community through involvement with pro bono work benefitting Philadelphians. During her third year of law school, Erin represented domestic violence survivors in child custody and protection from abuse hearings in Philadelphia’s family court, allowing her to sharpen her written and oral advocacy skills and gain valuable courtroom experience before joining the firm as an associate attorney. Erin also worked as a pro bono intern at the Homeless Advocacy Project during her first year of law school.
