OVERVIEW
Daria concentrates her practice in the areas of catastrophic loss matters, construction litigation, employment law, commercial litigation, professional liability, products liability, premises liability and vehicular accidents. She is a member of the firm's Catastrophic and Excess Liability Group. Daria is also a member of the Plaintiff's Personal Injury Group, where she represents individuals who have suffered serious injuries, including brain damage and catastrophic orthopedic injuries.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Daria worked at an Atlantic City law firm in its Casino & Hospitality Industry Defense Litigation group. She has also worked in a firm where she defended public entities and their employees in matters involving alleged civil rights violations, including claims made against the municipalities under Monell v. Department of Social Services of the City of New York, 436 U.S. 658 (1978).
While in law school Daria interned for the Honorable Renee M. Bumb, in the U.S. District Court in Camden where she was involved in Social Security appeals, class actions and personal injury claims then before the court.
During her time at Widener University School of Law, Daria served as president of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and did pro bono work at the domestic violence clinic. She earned her LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from the nationally ranked Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2018.
Daria is fluent in several languages, however, her native tongue is Bulgarian.

Daria volunteers with Philadelphia VIP, where she provides indigent individuals with representation in matrimonial and foreclosure matters, including cases which involve disputes over the division of international properties. Daria also serves as a member of the Ethics Board Committee for District IV, County of Camden in New Jersey
Daria was selected in a survey of her peers as a New Jersey "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers in 2019 and 2021.
