Chase B. Magaziner

Prior to joining the firm, Chase worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted offenders at preliminary hearings and bench trials in Municipal and Juvenile Court and prosecuted jury trials before the Court of Common Pleas Criminal Trial Division. During his time there, he was responsible for prosecuting a wide array of felony jury trials, ranging from shootings to firearms offenses. As an Assistant District Attorney in the Dangerous Drug Offenders Unit, he led investigations in narcotics and firearms trafficking utilizing electronic interceptions.

Chase also clerked for the Honorable Kai N. Scott, of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas First Judicial District, where he composed judicial opinions and assessed merits of post-conviction relief claims. His trial level experience brings tremendous value to his clients.
