OVERVIEW
K. Brian Kim represents buyers, sellers, lenders and landlords in commercial real estate transactions. In particular, he provides counsel to structured finance lenders and facilitates the closing of commercial mortgage backed securities loans as well as other commercial and asset-backed loans. Brian manages the transaction process from origination to closing, coordinating with other attorneys, lenders, borrowers and third-party vendors to reduce any obstacles and to ensure a timely closing.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Brian was an associate at a New Jersey law firm where he represented lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate and asset-backed mortgages and landlords in leasing matters.
