OVERVIEW

Alexander Voorhees is an associate in the Subrogation Department. He focuses on investigating and pursuing property damage claims including large residential and commercial losses on behalf of insurers. With a thorough understanding of complex subrogation and recovery, Alexander works diligently to get the best results for clients. He brings a detail-oriented approach to each case, handling every stage of both pre-litigation negotiations and litigation proceedings to achieve favorable outcomes.

Alexander first joined White and Williams as a law clerk in the Subrogation Department, a position he held during the entirety of his second and third year of law school. In this position, Alexander collaborated with a variety of partners, associates and counsel to ensure that all necessary facts were provided for the litigation process. He aided in the completion of drafting complaints, motions and briefs throughout all 50 states, district courts and federal appellate courts all while utilizing local counsel.

Prior to joining our firm, Alexander worked for as a law clerk for a small firm in North Jersey, where he gained valuable legal experience in plaintiff litigation cases in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He was also worked as an Editorial Intern for another small-scale firm, which gave him a strong background in legal writing, concentrating on constitutional, regulatory and corporate law.
