Harrison focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage origination, financing, leasing, partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions and development, loan workouts and loan modifications. He also has considerable experience with transactions involving CMBS origination and securitization.

Harrison has represented and advised major financial institutions, private equity funds, investors, developers, landlords and tenants. He routinely represents clients in highly structured real estate finance and joint venture transactions, including mezzanine debt, preferred equity, bridge loans and constructions loans. As part of his practice, Harrison regularly negotiates intercreditor agreements, co-lender agreements, participations and partnership agreements. Harrison also has experience in fund formation, corporate acquisitions and general corporate law, including company formation, operating agreements and joint venture agreements.
