Sarabeth Gaver is a skillful lawyer bringing a business-friendly perspective to her representation of financial institutions in a wide array of real estate and finance transactions. She is well-versed in commercial mortgage-backed securities, commercial permanent, interim, bridge and mezzanine loans, handling all aspects of the transaction from origination through credit and closing.

Sarabeth’s experience underwriting multi-family agency loans and facilitating and managing a large portfolio of loans for a DUS lender as a closing officer allows her to apply a robust business mindset to her legal guidance. She helps clients set goals and expectations with informed and efficient counsel, understands the demands they face, and places a high value on timely communication and notification of foreseeable obstacles as they arise.
