Rahul Gogineni is an associate in the Subrogation Department and practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation. He assists in litigating complex commercial and residential property losses involving fire damage, structural collapses, and water damage. Rahul works hand-in-hand with clients on cases throughout the United States to develop effective litigation strategies unique to each case. Rahul has litigated matters in 11 jurisdictions across the country with the assistance of local counsel.

Prior to joining White and Williams, Rahul interned at the Federal Community Defenders for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Rahul also served as a Legal Intern at the City of Philadelphia Board of Ethics during his third year in Law School.

  • Oversaw numerous forensic investigations where the damages exceeded $500,000
