Natalie is an associate in the General Commercial Litigation and Product Liability practice groups. She represents individuals, partnerships and corporate clients in matters arising from business disputes, and she also represents several multi-national product manufacturers in lawsuits involving product liability, Lemon Law, breach of warranty claims, and environmental toxic torts.
Natalie has gained extensive litigation experience through her involvement in a variety of commercial litigation and product liability matters, including unfair competition under the Lanham Act, employment contract disputes, automobile defect claims, and environmental toxic tort lawsuits.
Natalie also has experience supervising critical Discovery in conjunction with high-exposure litigation in state and federal courts. Her experience includes large-scale document analysis and production involving clients’ sensitive internal records. Natalie has managed teams of more than 25 individuals in the process of developing and orchestrating multi-phased document analysis and production projects for several important firm clients.
