Michelle Reinhart focuses her practice on general defense litigation in state and federal courts in a variety of areas, including commercial construction accidents, liquor liability and general negligence claims. Her prior experience as a property inspector and plaintiff’s counsel are particularly useful, especially with the retention of experts and initial investigations.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Michelle worked at a small plaintiff’s-side consumer litigation firm where she worked on a wide variety of matters ranging from arbitrations to large class actions in state and federal courts. Michelle completed a judicial clerkship with the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania and also served as a mediator for a range of claims in Philadelphia Municipal Court for four years.
Prior to law school, Michelle was a municipal property inspector for a Third Class City in Pennsylvania where she inspected and managed inspections for rental properties, newly purchased properties and the blighted property review program.
