Michael Toczyski represents companies and municipalities in matters involving catastrophic loss, products liability and commercial litigation.
As a law student, Michael served as a judicial intern for the Honorable M. Teresa Sarmina of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and as a research and articles editor for the Temple Journal of Science, Technology, & Environmental Law.
As a member of Temple Law’s National Trial Team and Moot Court Honor Society, Michael won one competition and placed as a finalist in two others. Upon graduation, he was awarded a certificate in trial advocacy and the Integrated Trial Advocacy Award for excellence in advocacy in civil litigation.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Michael served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office. Assigned to the Law Division, Michael vetted and litigated hundreds of constitutional and legal challenges to criminal convictions before the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and Pennsylvania Superior Court.
