Luke focuses his practice on Commercial Litigation and Insurance Coverage. He represents corporate clients, partnerships, and individuals in matters arising from insurance coverage and business disputes.
While attending law school, Luke participated in several experiences that continue to influence his legal career. From 2015 to 2016, Luke served as a judicial intern to the Honorable C. Darnell Jones, II in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He was a member of Temple’s Moot Court Honor Society from 2014 until graduation. He also served as the financial secretary for the regional board of the Mid-Atlantic Black Law Student Association from 2014-2015.
Prior to entering law school, Luke worked as a paralegal in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office’s Pre-trial Unit.
- Assisted in the prosecution of claims that arose from the misappropriation of trade secrets
- Assisted in the prosecution of claims related to the breach of a partnership agreement
- Assisted in the defense of various insurers in declaratory judgment actions in which an insured sought to recover, or impose a duty to pay, indemnity and/or defense costs
