Laura Tull focuses her practice on medical malpractice litigation as well as general liability matters. She represents physicians, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare practitioners against professional liability claims at the trial and appellate court levels. She also defends corporations and other commercial enterprises against premises liability lawsuits.
Laura has participated in numerous catastrophic medical malpractice cases involving many fields and specialties including cardiology, emergency medicine, general surgery, infectious disease, neurosurgery, obstetrics/ gynecology, oncology, orthopedics, pediatrics, primary care, pulmonology, podiatry, radiology and urology.
While in law school, Laura participated in the Rutgers’ Hunter Moot Court tournament and in the Rutgers Community Development Clinic, where she assisted local residents in the formation of non-profit organizations to benefit the children of the City of Camden.
Upon graduation from law school, Laura served as law clerk to the Honorable Michael J. Kassel, J.S.C. in New Jersey Superior Court. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a journalist.
