Konrad Krebs is an experienced litigator with significant experience representing sophisticated companies and major insurance carriers in complex commercial disputes. Konrad has represented clients in lawsuits arising out of contractual breaches, intellectual property, commercial real estate and insurance coverage. Konrad has secured successful outcomes for clients in state and federal courts throughout the country. Konrad also has experience representing clients in matters seeking emergency injunctive relief, and has successfully represented clients in matters relating to operating agreements, restrictive covenants, non-compete agreements, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
In addition to his dynamic litigation practice, Konrad is routinely called upon to advise clients and provide coverage opinions on complex insurance issues.
Prior to entering private practice, Konrad served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Paul Innes, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division of the New Jersey Superior Court in Trenton, New Jersey.

During law school, Konrad served as the managing editor of outside articles for the Moorad Journal of Sports Law.
