Kimberly Collins represents clients in matters of catastrophic loss, products liability, and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining White and Williams, Kimberly was a law clerk to Justice Sallie Updyke Mundy of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, where she engaged in extensive research and analysis in order to assist in resolving complex and novel issues across all areas of Pennsylvania law. Additionally, Kimberly served as a law clerk on the Pennsylvania Superior Court under Justice Mundy and former-Justice James J. Fitzgerald, III. During her time working for Pennsylvania’s appellate courts, Kimberly gained a wealth of substantive and procedural knowledge and worked directly with jurists to advise on the resolution of hundreds of cases.

While in law school, Kimberly worked as a certified legal intern for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where she conducted felony preliminary hearings and misdemeanor trials on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Kimberly also represented indigent clients as a certified legal intern for the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office. She was enrolled in Temple’s trial advocacy program and earned a certificate of trial advocacy upon graduation.
