Kean Maynard focuses his practice on property damage cases involving fire and water damage throughout the United States. He represents national insurance carriers in complex cases involving product liability, design defects and deals extensively in negligence cases against construction companies. Kean oversees site inspections following major property damage and works with industry experts to provide his clients with the insight and knowledge needed to make informed decisions with confidence.
Kean worked as a full-time law clerk in the Subrogation Department at White and Williams while he attended his final year at Temple University Beasley School of Law. He also assisted on several criminal and civil cases at both the trial and appellate level throughout his time in law school while interning at a private law office.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Kean worked in marketing and communications for companies dealing in real estate, telecommunications and financial management. His background in communications fostered an ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise and comprehensive formats. This skill has transitioned well into Kean’s legal career, adding to his ability to communicate with clients on complex issues.
Recognition & Involvement
Kean has also worked as a research assistant during his time at Temple Law, contributing to a 2019 publication covering the legal issues of healthcare in the United States.
He also acted as a Teacher’s Assistant for a Federal Judge teaching advanced trial at Temple Law, which assisted him in earning Temple Law’s prestigious Certificate in Trial Advocacy and Litigation.
