Karalynne Parzych represents employers and insurance companies in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation litigation before workers’ compensation judges and the appellate board and courts. This has included years of experience with direct and cross-examination of medical experts and fact witnesses in depositions, in court and at mediations, and counseling clients in every aspect of workers’ compensation defense. Karalynne has authored numerous Commonwealth Court briefs and has been instrumental in achieving winning decisions for clients at every level.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Karalynne served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Dennis E. Reinaker, President Judge, Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, the Honorable Jeffrey L. Finley, President Judge, Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, and the Honorable Jeffrey G. Trauger, Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County.
During law school, Karalynne interned with the Office of Chief Counsel, Immigration & Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security.
Recognition & Involvement
Karalynne was the recipient of the Award for Academic Success as a law student. At graduation, she received recognition for outstanding pro bono service honors for over 200 hours volunteered at the Campaign for Working Families Tax Clinic, Senior Law Center Helpline, and ICE. Karalynne also served as an associate editor of the Drexel Law Review.
