John Krajsa focuses his practice on insurance defense litigation and bad faith defense litigation. He has represented universities, non-profits, and insurance companies in complex matters. He advises these organizations on a variety of subjects including policy interpretation and coverage issues. John prides himself on bringing a professional but personal touch to his work with clients.
Prior to joining White and Williams, John was Vice President of AFC Reverse Mortgage, Inc., in Allentown, from 2012 to 2016, where he managed the day-to-day operations of the company. He also served on the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association Safety and Compliance Committee. In the Spring of 2015, John completed a co-op within the litigation department of a large Philadelphia law-firm.
Recognition & Involvement
Over the course of 2015 and 2016, John volunteered 50 hours of Pro Bono work with Drexel’s Trust and Estates Planning Clinic, drafting wills and other estate planning documents for the West Philadelphia community and retired military. In 2015, John was selected to work with the Drexel Entrepreneurial Law Clinic where he spent a semester advising two Philadelphia start-up companies on their legal matters.
In 2011, John interned at the People’s Insurance Company of China, located in Beijing. He also taught economics, advanced calculus and web design at the Beijing Foreign Language School in Beijing.
