Jason Premus focuses his practice on medical malpractice litigation and general liability matters. He represents physicians, hospitals, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare practitioners against professional liability claims at the trial and appellate court levels. Jason also represents product manufacturers, construction companies, premises owners and trucking companies in the defense of personal injury matters.

Prior to and while attending law school, Jason practiced as a pharmacist for a local independent retail pharmacy chain. As a pharmacist, he has developed a strong foundation of medical knowledge and healthcare compliance issues. In addition to the wealth of substantive knowledge, his experience as a practicing pharmacist has allowed him to develop the ability to take complex material and make it accessible to the public by communicating in a coherent, concise and professional manner.

During pharmacy school Jason also gained experience as an intern in various practice settings including hospital, emergency medicine, outpatient clinic, retail, and pharmacy benefit management. Jason continues to hold his professional pharmacy license and remains up to date with the current pharmacy practice.

Jason is also registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark office.
