Jason Poore's practice focuses on complex medical malpractice actions, construction defect cases and general litigation matters. He handles all aspects of complex medical malpractice actions and is familiar with issues hospitals and providers face on a regular basis. He keeps himself abreast of emerging medical-legal issues, such as technology’s evolving role in medicine and electronic discovery issues. In handling medical malpractice claims, Jason identifies the key medical-legal issues early in the case and then works to develop global defense themes throughout the litigation. In his construction defect cases, Jason represents contractors in various trades in property damage and subrogation matters. His prior experience as a subrogation attorney is particular useful in these cases, especially with the retention of appropriate experts and initial investigations. Jason also handles general litigation matters involving premises liability, insurance broker liability and motor vehicle accidents.

During law school, Jason was a member of the Moot Court Honor’s Society and a staff member of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review.
