Jacqueline Hatherill focuses her practice on the protection, licensing and enforcement of intellectual property rights. 

Jacqueline prosecutes patent applications covering a variety of technologies including biomedical devices, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods. She writes opinions on patent validity and infringement and conducts patentability studies for matters relating to biomedical devices and consumer goods.

Jacqueline files and prosecutes trademark applications covering consumer goods and services, non-profits, and pharmaceuticals. She performs trademark searches and writes opinions on trademark search results and maintains large trademark portfolios for her clients.

Jacqueline also drafts terms of use and privacy policies for companies in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining White and Williams, Jacqueline worked at a boutique intellectual property firm where she was primarily responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent and trademark applications.
