Felix S. Yelin Associate

Felix Yelin is a member of the Appellate, Product Liability and Toxic Torts and Environmental groups. His practice is concentrated on representing corporate clients in product liability and toxic tort disputes in jurisdictions throughout the United States.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Felix spent over two years as the law clerk to the Honorable Sandra Mazer Moss of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, while Her Honor was Coordinating Judge of the Complex Litigation Center. As clerk, he was immersed in mass tort and complex litigation as well as matters arising in the Philadelphia Arbitration Center.
While in law school, Felix served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mitchell S. Goldberg in the U.S. District for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has litigated cases at the Philadelphia Arbitration Center and received an Outstanding Oral Advocacy Citation for Trial Advocacy I in law school. He also served as an Articles & Symposium Editor for the Temple Journal of Science, Technology & Environmental Law, and was responsible for organizing a six CLE symposium titled, "The Greening of IP", which explored the intersection of intellectual property and environmental law.
Prior to attending law school, Felix worked at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as a Research Technician in a laboratory specializing in neuroscience research.
Recognition & Involvement
Felix is heavily involved in running the Louis D. Brandeis Jewish Law Society and serves as its Corresponding Secretary and Executive Board Member. He has participated in and helped organize Wills for Heroes volunteer events to assist first responders with life estate documents.
Felix has also tutored underprivileged elementary school students for the Philadelphia Reads program, educated high school students on law as part of the Advanced Civics Education (ACE) program, and helped raise money for veterans in conjunction with the Philadelphia V.A. Medical Center.
Felix was the co-chair of the 35th Annual Jewish Law Day Committee. The event was created in 1982 by an ad hoc committee of lawyers and judges together with VAAD: The Board of Rabbis of Greater Philadelphia in order to establish an annual celebration commemorating the seminal contribution of Jewish Law to the development of American jurisprudence.
Felix was selected in a survey of his peers as a Pennsylvania "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers in 2018.
