Elizabeth focuses her practice on general defense litigation in state and federal courts in a variety of areas, including construction accidents, products liability, liquor liability, general negligence claims and class actions. Elizabeth also assists and defends insurers in matters involving first-party insurance coverage.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Elizabeth worked as an associate for a Philadelphia defense firm representing insurance carriers and self-insureds in cases involving products liability, construction defects, telecommunications, premises liability and motor vehicle and trucking accidents. Before law school, she worked in various writing, editing and proofreading roles, including with a forensic vocational/disability expert. Elizabeth has incorporated her writing background into her litigation practice through skillful motion and appellate brief drafting.
During law school, Elizabeth served as a legal intern for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division, Torts Branch, in the Aviation and Admiralty Section. Furthering her interest in litigation, she also participated in Temple’s Integrated Trial Advocacy Program and the SEPTA Tort Litigation & Trial Practice Clinical.
Recognition & Involvement
While in law school, Elizabeth was a staff editor for the Temple Law Review, as well as a Temple Law & Public Policy Scholar and Beasley Scholar. She also served as Co-President of the Temple Health Law Society and Student Director of the ABA Third Circuit Media Alert Team.
