Craig is an attorney in the Subrogation Department, where his practice is primarily focused on complex product liability subrogation and mass-tort litigation. With over 26 years of experience, Craig has spent most of his career litigating large insurance-related class action and multi-jurisdictional matters. Craig developed and currently administers the firm’s Water Loss Subrogation Program (WLSP), which provides insurance carriers with an affordable and efficient mechanism for recovering on residential and commercial property water-loss claims.

In addition to his extensive litigation experience, Craig has conducted extensive corporate due diligence investigations and has provided legal counsel to several insurance companies on a wide variety of statutory and regulatory compliance issues. He has worked closely with several major insurance carriers throughout the United States, overseeing and coordinating their complex litigation strategies.

Along with his numerous victories at trial, Craig has successfully negotiated and overseen the claims administration process of several multimillion dollar mass-tort and class action cases, both in state and federal court. He has extensive knowledge of corporate litigation and, in particular, the insurance industry, providing legal representation, consulting and employee training programs to some of the largest carriers in the world.

  • Litigating a $2.4 million subrogation claim arising from a water loss in a luxury apartment complex in Ft. Lee, NJ
  • Litigating a $13 million subrogation claim arising from a fire at a historical landmark in Binghamton, NY
  • Litigated a $2.5 million subrogation claim arising from a transformer fire in NY
  • Litigated a $950,000 water loss subrogation claim in Edgewater, MD resulting from a product failure
